Responsibilities & Duties | Accounts Receivable

  • Verify the accuracy of invoices for service, project work, and monthly agreements
  • Create and send all invoices, including service, project, and monthly agreements
  • Generate and send monthly customer statements for outstanding invoices
  • Follow up with customers to collect overdue outstanding invoices
  • Address customer inquiries related to invoices
  • Process customer payments and make bank deposits

Responsibilities & Duties | Accounts Payable

  • Verify accuracy of payables and process outstanding bills
  • Manage payroll checks through the online system and transfer data to QuickBooks
  • Reconcile and pay sales tax
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

Responsibilities & Duties | Misc.

  • Synchronize financial data between ConnectWise and QuickBooks
  • Maintain accurate product and item lists
  • Generate journal entries for necessary adjustments in financial reports
  • Verify and organize financial report data for accuracy and relevance
  • Create and manage spreadsheets for tracking financial reports
  • Collaborate with the management team to optimize finance software configuration
  • Prepare tax materials and supervise 1099 preparation

Responsibilities & Duties | Operational Support

  • Play a key role in addressing operational challenges and finding solutions
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish standardized operational procedures
  • Create and adjust documents and presentations to aid in operational processes
  • Manage and optimize the use of ConnectWise to streamline operational workflows
  • Manage incoming communications and route them to the relevant operational teams
  • Initiate service requests for incoming calls during team unavailability
  • Coordinate and execute shipments to support operational needs

Additional Information:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Flexibility: After the initial 90-day evaluation period, we will assess overall performance and consider the feasibility of remote work and a more flexible schedule. Modifications will be guided by personal preferences and practicality.
  • Location: North Canton / Uniontown
  • Travel: No travel
  • Starting Compensation: $40K – $60k per year*

*The initial salary will be determined by the candidate’s prior experience and the extent to which they meet all qualifications for the role. Subsequent salary increases will be contingent upon the candidate’s performance and their contributions to the company’s growth and success.
